  Love love love shopping local. Bought a washer a year ago with the extended warranty and called today to have someone come out because it was making a loud strange noise. I had a VERY unpleasant conversation with the lady on the phone, asking me questions that I wasn’t quite sure of. Her Condescending manner was less than tolerable. If your having a bad day and don’t want to be at work; don’t take it out on the customer calling in. Simple customer service skills. Very disappointed
