  They never call to let you know if a prescription will be delayed being ready, they don't keep in Stock one of the meds I fill *every single month and have for over a year*, which means I have to tack 3 days onto my time frame when I call it in, so they can order it. Employees are rude, and when I asked for the contact information of upper management, they refused to give it to me! (What the???) Switching pharmacies.

  The staff is great. They work tirelessly to get you your medication as fast as possible. From dealing with the Doctors and Insurances for you. They try hard to keep your medicine in stock, especially dealing with the wholesale suppliers. I follow Pharmacists and staff. I don't follow particular pharmacy. So staff and especially Pharmacists are very important to my decision to where my medicine is filled.
